Christmas Tree watching is a holiday passtime

These are all night photos. The setting up of the tree is always a young peoples delight. Here my daughter sits and just watches the lights of the newly decorated tree. We are all around and enjoying one of those special family times.
Lighted Bench at ECSU Library is a moving display

The bench is made of stone and is in front of the Library at Eastern Connecticut State University. It contains a series of fiber optic lights that provide an ongoing show in the night time. The Library is a new facility that was completed about one year ago.
The Gazebo at Caise Park in Willimantic

A reflection of the Gazebo at Caise Park on route 195. This is a well traveled route that connects Willimantic to the town of Storrs, the home of the the main campus of the University of Connecticut.
A tree on Church Street

This is a tree on Church Street in Willimantic that was decorated for the holiday season. I caught it on a rainy evening so the lights reflect from the street.

Reflection of Lights in Mansfield Depot

The town of Mansfield Depot is a small community that is not even on a main road. This is a photo of lights that are mounted in trees in the center of town but reflected several times in the window glass.
