Training and Support

Having new equipment and software is only as good as being able to use it. An area where we pride ourselves is helping people who are not computer people get comfortable with computers and the processes that they perform. We take the time to translate the things that the computer does into the language of the tasks the our clients do.

We are available by phone and can come and work with you at your office whenever help is needed. We will also setup remote control for your computers so we can look at a local problem on your computer over the phone. We are proud of the ability of our staff to talk in non-technical language about the products that we install and support.

We have developed classes for community college instruction in computers and bring that same experience into your organization to make the use of the systems we install comfortable and effective. It is our policy to make your success with the computer our most important priority.
