This is the Moon taken with the Agfa 1680e and the Celestron 8 telescope. A 2x converter has been added to the combination for additional power. The magnification between this image and the 80 power of the camera and telescope combination is much greater than 2x. The quality of the 2x converter is very critical with this usage. There are noticable differences in the resolution of different 2x converters. At 80 power the whole moon fits into the image.
