The macro ability of the Sony FD91 is awesome. There is no macro setting the camera just focuses down to about 2 centimeters or less than an inch. It does this in the wide angle mode so there is less magnification than with the Coolpix 950. I played with the contrast and brightness of this image very heavily to get the dragonfly to stand out. In doing so I oversaturated the colors and created a background that does not resemble the original image.
